It is not a Retrofit Assessor and it is not a Retrofit Coordinator. The figures here frame the conversation before those fees are spent; they do not replace them. Any project that pulls on ECO4, GBIS or the Warm Homes Plan must engage a real PAS 2035 Coordinator.
How figures are verified and refreshed
Every numeric claim resolves to a primary source on the sources manifest. The Q3 2026 Ofgem cap (gas 7.33p, electricity 26.11p, gas standing 29.04p) is applied site-wide and is refreshed on Ofgem's quarterly cap-publication cycle. The next scheduled review is 26 September 2026.
