Smart heating controls cost (UK 2026)
Controls stratum: smart thermostat, zoning, weather and load compensation. Installed cost ranges for 2026.
Controls are the fifth stratum but often the first that pays back at a system level: a heat-pump on weather compensation with the right curve delivers an additional 0.3 to 0.5 SCOP versus a unit on fixed flow.
