What the MTIP is

The MTIP is a sequenced 5-to-25-year plan for the property, written by the Coordinator. It is the deliverable that distinguishes a PAS 2035 retrofit from a one-shot installer-led job.

Ownership

The homeowner owns the MTIP after handover. It is the document a future Coordinator, valuer or mortgage lender will read first.
