Cost in 2026

A PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator on a single owner-occupier property charges £1,500to£3,500 for the full process. Larger portfolios drop to a per-property rate of around £900 to £1,400.

Scope of work

  • Risk-path determination (A, B or C).
  • Coordination of Assessor and Designer outputs.
  • Drafting and ownership of the Medium-Term Improvement Plan.
  • Sign-off and TrustMark lodgement on completion.
  • Engagement with the 12-month monitoring review.

When mandatory

Required on any ECO4, GBIS, Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund or HUG-funded job. Voluntary on standalone BUS heat-pump installs.
