Recent changes (August 2026)
OVO installs air-source heat pumps quote-only after a home survey (room-by-room heat-loss design), with the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant applied; no public price card. Its Heat Pump Plus running-cost tariff was withdrawn to new sign-ups on 1 February 2026 (OVO said it had contacted affected customers), so it is no longer a live lever for new installs.
