Ventilation stratum cost in 2026: MVHR, PIV, dMEV. PAS 2035 requires a ventilation review after fabric tightening.
Tightened fabric without a ventilation strategy causes condensation, mould and Indoor Air Quality complaints inside two heating seasons. PAS 2035 requires a ventilation review after any meaningful fabric measure; this stratum is a precondition, not an optional extra.
